Returns Policy

Custom and personalised items are non-refundable once production has started. All items are made to your exact specifications.

Customers must check all spelling, names, dates and design details before approving the design proof. We cannot accept returns for errors that were approved by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will review and offer a resolution.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Digital design fees are non-refundable once design work has started. This includes custom artwork, mockups, and design revisions.
