The terms and conditions governing your use of Bellakgprint.

Welcome to Bellakgprint. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • •All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before production has begun.
  • •Custom and made-to-order items are produced to your specifications. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • •By placing an order you confirm that the details, artwork and personalisation you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use any supplied designs.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • •Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of order applies.
  • •Payment is due in full before production begins, unless a trade credit account has been agreed in writing.
  • •Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Bank transfer payments must be received and confirmed before production starts.

3. Production & Delivery Times

  • •Production times vary by product and are stated on each product page. These are estimates and do not include delivery time.
  • •We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery companies (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail). Tracking is provided where available.
  • •Rush orders placed within one week of the required date are subject to a £25 surcharge.

4. Custom Designs & Artwork Approval

  • •For custom designs, you will receive a digital proof for approval before production. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing.
  • •Once approved, errors in the approved artwork (typos, colours, layout) are your responsibility and reprints are chargeable.
  • •You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos or images you supply. You indemnify Bellakgprint against any copyright or trademark claims arising from your supplied artwork.

5. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

  • •As custom and personalised items are made to order, they are non-returnable unless they are faulty or do not match the approved proof.
  • •If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • •Stock items may be returned unused within 14 days in their original packaging for a refund, minus any outbound delivery costs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • •All website content, designs, templates and branding are the property of Bellakgprint and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • •Custom artwork you commission remains your property for your personal use; Bellakgprint retains the right to display completed work in our gallery unless you request otherwise.

7. Liability

  • •Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
  • •We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party delivery or payment providers.

8. Governing Law

  • •These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
